What is the meter used for?

The Gojji Meter is intended to:

  • measure a diabetic patient's glucose and β-ketone in fresh capillary whole blood from the finger
  • acts to monitor the effectiveness of the patient's diabetes control
  • be used by a single person and should not be shared with anyone

The Gojji Meter is NOT intended to be used:

  • for diagnosis or screening for diabetes.
  • to cure your diabetic condition. The data measured is for reference only.
  • in neonates (children under 4 weeks old).
  • in critically ill patients.
  • in patients with abnormally low blood pressure.
  • in severely hypotensive individuals or patients in shock.
  • on patients with impaired peripheral circulation or severe dehydration.
