How do I fix an error message in the meter?

Device Message What To Do
  • No strip inserted
  • Used strip
  • Strip incorrect 1-2
  • Measuring cancelled
Repeat the test with a new test strip.
  • Not enough blood
Repeat the test using a new test strip with larger volume of blood.
  • No blood sample detected

Check if the absorbent hole is filled with blood. Repeat the test using a new test strip with larger volume of blood.

  • Temperature too high
  • Temperature too low
System operation range is 50°F to 104°F (10°C to 40°C). Repeat the test after the meter and test strips have acclimated to room temperature.
  • BGM no response
  • IC1 incorrect
  • Operation Error
Restart the meter.
  • SIM card not detected
Check if the SIM card is correctly inserted.
  • SIM card unaccepted 1-2

The SIM card cannot be used with the meter. Please replace it with a new SIM card.

  • Unknown code card
  • Code card incorrect
Check if you have the correct code card.
  • Account not exist

Meter may need to be registered by Gojji. Confirm the device serial # on the meter matches the serial # within the My Account tab> Settings> Gojji Devices page of the Gojji mobile app.

  • Server setup error
  • Poor signal 1-4
Please contact Gojji.
  • Invalid operation during Bat. charging
Remove the charging adapter and retry again.
  • Low battery GPRs Bat. not enough
Recharge the battery.
  • Unknown SW Err
  • Unknown Error
Restart the meter.
  • Please turn off flight mode
Turn off Airplane Mode on the Settings page.
