How do I activate my account for the mobile app?

1. Locate and open the email titled "Activate your Gojji account"

If you did NOT receive the "Activate your Gojji account" email, please contact a Gojji representative at (909) 693-3376.
If you've already completed the activation steps in the "Activate your Gojji account" email, please try resetting your password. Click here to view steps on resetting your password.

2. Click the Activate My Gojji Account button in the "Activate your Gojji account" email

3. Follow the directions on the page to enter your date of birth

4. A new email will be sent titled, "Your GOJJI Account is Activated!" with the next steps of downloading the app and includes your temporary password

5. If you haven't already, download the mobile app by searching "Gojji" in the Apple App Store or Android Google Play

6. Open the app and enter your email and temporary password shown directly below the number "2" step in the "Your GOJJI Account is Activated!" email

If prompted to send a verification code:

Select if you want verification code sent through text or email
1. Verification code will be sent to the phone number or email on your Gojji account, depending on which option selected to have it sent to
