To utilize the Gojji mobile app the following steps are required:
- You provided an email to be placed on your Gojji account
- You authorized Gojji to send you email notifications
- You received the mobile app activation email after enrolling into the Gojji program titled "Your GOJJI Account is Activated!"
- You followed the activation steps within the "Your GOJJI Account is Activated!" email to complete the mobile app enrollment process
Note: If one of these steps have not been completed, please contact a Gojji representative at (909) 693-3376 in order to activate your account and use the mobile app. If you did complete ALL of the above steps and you are still unable to login to the Gojji app, follow the reset password steps.
