My blood pressure readings are not loading to the Gojji App

  1. Confirm Bluetooth is on on your phone
  2. Close the app completely and reopen it. It may take a few seconds for the readings to start loading to your app
  3. On the home screen in the app, click on "BP" at the top. Once you are in the BP screen wait a few seconds for the readings to start loading
  4. Check to see if your gojji blood pressure monitor is listed as a device: 
    1. Go to the "My Account" tab, go to "My Settings", click on Gojji Devices. If you see "Gojji Blood Pressure Monitor" then your blood pressure monitor is paired and can upload your readings. If not, click on "Add Bluetooth Device" to reconnect your blood pressure monitor.
