Starting Your Journey With Gojji
Welcome to Gojji. Your doctor has referred you to Gojji for your diabetes. Gojji is a disease management company that provides remote monitoring and support to people with diabetes. Gojji uses a variety of technologies to help people manage their diabetes, including continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices.
How CGM Can Help Control Diabetes
CGM devices provide real-time glucose readings, which can help people with diabetes make better decisions about their food, exercise, and medication. CGM devices can also help people identify and prevent hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia, which are two serious complications of diabetes.
Here are some additional benefits of using CGM for diabetes management:
Improved time in range (TIR): TIR is the percentage of time that your blood glucose levels are within your target range. CGM can help you improve your TIR by giving you more information about your glucose levels and helping you make better decisions about your food, exercise, and medication.
Reduced risk of hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia: CGM can help you identify and prevent hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia, which are two serious complications of diabetes.
Increased quality of life: CGM can help you reduce stress and anxiety about your diabetes. It can also give you more freedom to participate in activities that you enjoy without worrying about your blood glucose levels.

To insert your sensor, first choose your sensor site.

- Within 3 inches of infusion or injection site
- Near waistband or with irritations, scarring, tattoos, or lots of hair
Steps:
- Wash your hands with soap and dry them.

- Unscrew the cap on the applicator—don’t touch inside!
- Press the applicator hard against your arm where you cleaned.

- The app will say “Start a New Sensor.” Tap that.
- Look at the applicator you just used—Scan the QR code to pair; Or type in the 4-digit code (like “1234”) to pair manually.
- Tap “Next.” The app will start looking for your sensor. This takes a minute or two.
- Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is on. (Go to “Settings” on your phone, find “Bluetooth,” and turn it on if it’s off.)
- When it’s done, the app will say “Pairing Complete.”
Step 5: Wait And Start Seeing Your Numbers
- The app will show a timer—it takes about 30 minutes for the sensor to warm up.
- After the timer finishes, you’ll see your sugar number on the app screen!
- Check it anytime by opening the app. It updates every 5 minutes.
Step 6: Share Your Data With Gojji And Your Provider (Super Important!)
It is important to share the data with Gojji for clinical monitoring and Prior Authorization (PA) renewal purposes. If you do not share the data with Gojji, you must provide your data to us over the phone when the PA renewal is due.

- Tap the Connections Tab

How To Remove And Replace Your Dexcom G7 Sensor (App User)
Your sensor has a 12 hour grace period at the end of the session. You'll get alerts letting you know your sensor session or grace period will end. The grace period gives you more time to replace your sensor so you can do it when it's convenient for you. You can either end your sensor early or wait until it automatically ends.
To end the session early, go to Connections and tap Sensor. You can either

The other option is to wait until your sensor automatically ends, at this point the app will tell you it is time to start a new sensor.
Pick the right time. We recommend applying your sensor first thing in the morning when your glucose is the most stable and to avoid calibration issues while you’re sleeping. We also recommend applying your sensor on an empty stomach (i.e. 2 hours before or after eating).

Step 2:
Now you need to insert a new sensor.
